We don't have the staff to answer every email inquiry we receive, so if you don't hear from us, we apologize in advance. We receive several hundred emails each day -- far too many to respond to individually. Please follow these guidelines if you have a specific question or concern.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your gender
• Your age
• Any congenital diseases
• Current prescription medications and treatments
• Type of product you're interested in testing

The subject line of your email should contain the word TESTER in all caps.

If you're interested in having us test a product:

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your relationship with the product (manufacturer, retailer, consumer)
• Name of product
• Type of product
• Where the product is available
• Specific claims we should test
• Manufacturer's suggested retail price (if available)

The subject line of your email should contain the words PRODUCT INQUIRY in all caps.

To provide feedback on a product that you have tried:

Please include the following information in your email:

• The name of the product
• Detailed information about your experience (amount of time used, results or lack of results, side effects if any, etc.)
• Your overall rating of the product

The subject line of your email should contain the words PRODUCT FEEDBACK in all caps.

To provide feedback on our website:

Please include the words WEBSITE FEEDBACK in the subject line of your email.
